Generally such crimes deal with money or some property of value.

As such, the amount of money involved, whether breaches of trust or of a fiduciary nature are presented by the facts and whether the prosecutor deems that the accused has engaged in an obstruction of justice have all become more important factors in considering the appropriate defense in this area of federal criminal practice.
