1. SCOPE OF REPRESENTATION

Our law firm engages in the representation of small, closely held corporate entities and their principles.

2. FEE STRUCTURE

Andresen & Arronte charges its corporate clients on an hourly basis, plus expenses. Associates are billed at lower rates depending on years of practice and experience. Billing statements are mailed monthly and due upon receipt. Retainers are generally required at the inception of representation and are commensurate with the nature of the representation.

3. NATURE OF REPRESENTATION

As noted, the firm's focus is that of litigating on behalf of small business and the individuals who own them. However, representation ranges from the initial corporate structural decision through the drafting of corporate documentation such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements and corporate by-laws. Clients may also arrange for annual review and update of corporate minute books.

The firm can also assist your business with corporate transactional matters including the drafting and review of vender and employee contract matters, analysis of non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, buy-sell agreements, commercial lease agreements and option to purchase agreements.

In pursuing litigation the firm seeks to utilize the most current technology and in cases involving large quantities of documentation, will have documents recorded electronically for fast and convenient retrieval.
