civil litigation, criminal defense

Andresen & Arronte, PLLC, Charlotte Litigation Law FirmAndresen & Arronte was founded in 1986 when Mr. Andresen left his position as Chief Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina. Since that time the firm has developed several areas of practice: civil litigation, criminal defense, and corporate transactional representation.

The civil side of the firm's practice focuses on a wide variety of civil litigation matters. We are sensitive to the financial realties that face individuals and businesses who become involved in such cases.  We seek to assist by providing legal representation as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. When civil litigation arises, the firm vigorously represents its client's interests in both state and federal courts, including appeals in both jurisdictions.

The criminal defense side of the practice focuses on those individuals and corporate entities that face significant criminal liability in both state and federal courts, including appeals. The firm has represented clients with violations ranging from white collar matters to felonious murder.

Transactional representation often begins at the inception of the corporate entity starting with the structural decision and continues through the preparation of all necessary by-laws, shareholder's and operating agreements, employment agreements, vendor contracts, personal guarantees and any other necessary documentation.

All matters are handled on either an hourly or a flat fee basis, except for serious personal injury matters which may be handled as contingency representation.
